Hi! I'm Kim Mason

A mom of four, wife, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Registered Nurse, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and the proud Founder of Wellness Warrior. My journey begins marrying my High School Sweetheart, who owns and operates Active Health Clinics in our hometown. Together, we own Anytime Fitness and CrossFit Fort Dodge, embodying a commitment to an active, healthy lifestyle that we wholeheartedly promote.
